Should a newly hired candidate does not meet the specified requirement and you notify us within the first three(3) months of appointment, we will provide a replacement, free of charge, as soon as possible.

We offer this three (3) month replacement guarantee. If the new hired employee does not work out, we will start the process again, at our expense, and in partnership with you to ensure immediate attention to the selection.

FOR CANDIDATES:

We guarantee to keep searching on your behalf until we match  with a desired position/job.

Should you accept a position/job and the job has been cancelled, we will find a replacement job as soon as possible.
