DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM EMPLOYERS/CLIENTS :

A client/Employer who has authorized Kontractman Global Inc. to source his/her manpower requirement must submit the recruitment documents to the nearest Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) at the Philippine Embassy/Consulate for verification.

This process ascertains the a) existence of the company or project; and b) the need for Filipino manpower.

For land-based principals, they should submit the following:

Special Power of Attorney;

Service/Recruitment Agreement;

Master Employment Contract with the minimum contract provision;

Manpower Request or Job Order using company letterhead of the client/Employer addressed to Kontractman Global Inc. indicating the positions needed, number of workers needed per position, salary per position;

Valid Certificate of Business Registration of the client/Employer with English translation if written in a language other than English;

License to Operate as Foreign Placement Agency;

For Middle East clients/Employers :

Original Visa Payment Slip;

Original Authority to Collect Visa from the Embassy issued by the Employer authorizing Kontractman Global Inc., or proof of availability of visa will suffice;

Other documents which POEA may require while the accreditation is in process.
