Communication is the key.  We will keep you informed - we will liaise with you regarding potential vacancies, interview dates and getting the right job offer.

1. All CVs are thoroughly reviewed by our consultants before you are placed on our candidate register. 

2. We meet our candidates regularly for face to face consultation.

3. When you register with Kontractman Global your application will be treated as strictly confidential and we will not send your CV to any organization without your prior permission.

4. Regular job alerts will be sent to your email account to inform you of the latest positions we have that may be of interest to you and you can always check the latest positions on our website.

5. Once a position is identified, we will invite you for an informal discussion.

6. Once a client interview is arranged you will be provided with a comprehensive interview package detailing the interview arrangements, a location map, job/person specification and further information on the organization you are due to meet with.

7. We can also assist with coaching and interview skills.
